Ken,

It seems that this is the way to go and has been "seconded" by lazy 
consensus.  I will file a Jira to create the 
yoko-ppmc@incubator.apache.org mailing list. 

This will be the last Yoko posting that crosses over to Geronimo and 
Incubator General.
