Subject NPE in HOWLLog in boot

I'm not sure how I got G into this state, but its barfing on boot with:

Most GBeans do not start successfully after that... G is hosed at this
point, had to nuke the txlogs to get a usage G again.

That line is:

xidFactory not getting dependency injected?
