Subject [jira] Updated: (GERONIMO-1317) Integration of the "new" maven goals with existing goals
Date Sun, 26 Feb 2006 00:16:54 GMT
     [ http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-1317?page=all ]

Jacek Laskowski updated GERONIMO-1317:
--------------------------------------

    Attachment: patch.txt

It is the patch based on Donald's work, which I'm going to apply when noone objects. It doesn't
remove the currently used "new" goals so they can co-exist for some time before new's are
removed. I will send a note about it to the dev mailing list so it receives enough attention.
Please give it a whirl and report.

It introduces the following main goals:

 * m:geronimo:core
 * m:geronimo:applications
 * m:geronimo:configs
 * m:geronimo:assemblies

> For ongoing development builds, we need to get the clean, eclipse, idea and other Maven
goals that we used to have working again.
> I have created updated \maven.xml and \project.properties files based on 1.0 Rev355316,
which renames and integrates the new0-new5 goals into the m:default goal, only tries to build
openejb and tranql if those directories exist and enables the usage of the rebuild-all, build-all,
build, clean, clean-all, eclipse and idea goals.
> I'll attach the patch files and copies of the updated files for testing before integrating
the changes.
