But when you try to use the features of the plugin, what happens? (i.e define a geronimo runtime).
 Not starting the configuration is the correct behavior for performance reasons.  Plugins
should only start when needed.  So I think the WSMO plugin may be loading extension points
too early perhaps.  As long as the plugin starts when needed, this is the correct behavior.
