Provide a startup option to use a startup progress output format that is suitable for redirection
to a file
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: GERONIMO-1268
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-1268
     Project: Geronimo
        Type: Improvement
  Components: startup/shutdown
    Reporter: John Sisson
 Assigned to: John Sisson
     Fix For: 1.0

The default startup progress output shows the progress of loading and starting configurations
using a text based progress bar and the use of line feeds to update the progress display,
therefore minimizing the number of lines output to the terminal.

The line feeds cause problems when the output is redirected to a file. Another startup progress
format is needed for when Geronimo is started in an IDE or as a background process with output
redirected.
