David Jencks closed GERONIMO-711:
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed by using a suitable XmlObject to String method involving an OutputStream. Even includes
a little test!
Sending modules/axis-builder/src/java/org/apache/geronimo/axis/builder/AxisServiceBuilder.java
Adding modules/axis-builder/src/test/org/apache/geronimo/axis/builder/WSDLMapTest.java
Transmitting file data ..
Committed revision 232864.

> After publishing a WS from an J2EE app you should be able to retrieve the WSDL file in
the following way:
> This works now thanks to one of djencks recent patches here :-). But the XML declaration
at the beginning of the WSDL document is missing.
> I should be something like: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> depending on
the desired encoding.
