It looks like the cglib JARs should be available soon in the maven repo 
(see mail Dain forwarded earlier from cglib project).

It seems you are saying that we need to remove snapshots from the build if 
we want to claim the build we release passes the TCK?  I think most people 
wanted the M4 release to go through the TCK and also it seemed most people 
wanted the snapshot issues resolved as they didn't want the snapshot issue 
in another release.

So it sounds like we need to remove the snapshots.  I am currently 
creating JIRA issues in an attempt to organise and track the removal of 
snapshots and any other version upgrades we should make.

Let's give removing the snapshots a go.  Hopefully with a number of people 
working on this it won't be such a big task.

I hope there will be a discussion about when TCK testing should commence 
on the M4 branch.
