this should be fine, it is an axis dependency and they are using 0.2.

The other axis dependencies that I think are relevant are

-rwxr-xr-x 1 david david 1624032 17 Jun 11:10 castor-0.9.5.2.jar
-rwxr-xr-x 1 david david 29029 17 Jun 11:10 commons-codec-1.2.jar
-rw-r--r-- 1 david david 71442 17 Jun 11:10
commons-discovery-0.2.jar
-rw-r--r-- 1 david david 277722 17 Jun 11:10
commons-httpclient-3.0-rc2.jar
-rw-r--r-- 1 david david 38015 17 Jun 11:10
commons-logging-1.0.4.jar
-rwxr-xr-x 1 david david 162175 17 Jun 11:10
commons-net-1.0.0-dev.jar
-rw-r--r-- 1 david david 352668 17 Jun 11:10 log4j-1.2.8.jar
-rw-r--r-- 1 david david 126771 17 Jun 11:10 wsdl4j-1.5.1.jar

if we are using snapshot versions of any of these it is probably safe
to move to these versions.
