Lack of information for those using izpack installer on how to enable Tomcat in M4
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: GERONIMO-811
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-811
     Project: Geronimo
        Type: Task
  Components: installer
    Versions: 1.0-M4
    Reporter: John Sisson
     Fix For: 1.0-M4

When you select Tomcat in the M4 installer, it does not mention that there are further steps
involved in getting Tomcat to be used as the web container.

Does the user have to edit the plan files in C:\Program Files\GeronimoM4QA\installer-temp
as discussed in http://wiki.apache.org/geronimo/Tomcat ? If so we need some documentation
with the installation.

For example, the output below is from starting Geronimo from an installation where Tomcat
was selected.

C:\Program Files\GeronimoM4QA>java -jar bin\server.jar
Booting Geronimo Kernel (in Java 1.4.2_06)...

Firstly, you can see that Tomcat isn't started. We need to point out that that will be the
case and what they need to do (editing plans etc) before they can start it.
