Exception rethrowing in KernelDelegate is often wrong
-----------------------------------------------------

         Key: GERONIMO-525
         URL: http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-525
     Project: Apache Geronimo
        Type: Bug
  Components: kernel
    Versions: 1.0-M4
    Reporter: David Jencks
 Assigned to: Dain Sundstrom

The exception rethrowing in KernelDelegate needs careful review. For example, stopConfiguration
doesn't rethrow NoSuchConfigException, thus breaking the jsr-88 deployment tool rather completely
along with other items that depend on it.
