tm timeout is global
ut timeout is per instance, however the instances are per bean or web app, not per lookup.

tm has begin(long timeoutmilliseconds) method that is used from UT (via BeanTransactionContext)

imported transactions are setting timeout using begin(timeout)

xaresource timeout is still not set.
