Happily, I'm following the rule since the very first day in OpenEJB where Dave suggested the same approach. I always like it. It's hard to keep up-to-date all of the possible sources (JIRA, cvs logs, javadocs, Wiki), but hardly to not appreciate when doing summaries like CHANGELOG.
