Subject [jira] Resolved: (GERONIMO-328) Support for resource-ref in J2EE App Client
Date Thu, 30 Sep 2004 08:41:32 GMT
Message:

The following issue has been resolved as FIXED.

   Resolver: David Jencks
       Date: Thu, 30 Sep 2004 1:40 AM

Resource-refs now work in app client. There is a toy app in itests/namin/client that demonstrates
this. In that directory, run maven, then start a server
java -jar target/geronimo/bin/server.jar org/apache/geronimo/itest/naming/ClientServer

and in a separate window

java -jar target/geronimo/bin/client.jar org/apache/geronimo/itest/naming/client

"Hello World" means a datasource was looked up, a connection obtained, and closed.
