The point I'm trying to make is the spec says we need to support adding  
extensions and a lame, yet valid, implementation is "copy them into  
your java vm extensions directory".  From what I have seen, this is  
what the RI does.

Now before anyone gets excited, I agree that we should support as  
envisioned by the spec one day, but since almost no one uses this, we  
should prioritize this below all the stuff that is actually required  
(and the stuff people normally use).
