Subject [jira] Reopened: (GERONIMO-160) Test failure (SocketProtocolStressTest) in network module
Date Tue, 21 Sep 2004 10:00:38 GMT

The following issue has been reopened.

   Reopener: Jacek Laskowski

I'm seeing the problem again. It's showing up on two different computers, one of them is used
to develop whereas the other is only for running Geronimo. It's almost a week when the problem
has been poping up again, and the first time I saw it I thought it's my fault (as noone reported
it). It's even more strange as there're times when the issue shows up and after a while (when
I don't change anything just run 'maven rebuild' once more) it doesn't.

The test report is attached to have a look at it.

I keep asking myself why is the test in the test suite at all? I remember that we're talking
about removing the test and move it to a stress module or so, but don't remember what we agreed
upon. If it's only me, I can cope with that, but if it's a general issue that hits people
continuously that needs to be resolved once and for all.
