It does, but geronimo and openejb currently have separate jndi 
providers.  If you use these settings instead, it should work:

<sysproperty
     key="java.naming.factory.initial"
     value="org.openejb.client.RemoteInitialContextFactory"/>

<sysproperty
     key="java.naming.provider.url"
     value="25.14.3.92:4201"/>
