Subject Re: JNDI Specs

I am not sure to be honest about Geronimo and JNDI. I am simply playing around with writing
bits of an app server on my own and JNDI seemed to be a good place to start. So I am trying
to write my own JNDI engine. What part of Geronimo are you working on?

they don't seem to explain how one would implement JNDI. For example what interfaces to inherit
etc, rules about threading, etc. Am I looking at the wrong docs? Are there docs out there
for a JNDI implementor? Should I be looking at the SPI as opposed to the API?
