Message-Id: <20030928183656.915C8798C7@smtp.us2.messagingengine.com> X-Spam-Rating: daedalus.apache.org 1.6.2 0/1000/N X-Spam-Rating: minotaur-2.apache.org 1.6.2 0/1000/N Hi, Once a patch has been uploaded to jira, is it the responsibility of the patch provider to notify commiters, or will it get picked up by a commiter without such a notification (when they have some spare time;)) ? Also, regarding the project components on jira, should there be a component per code module? If so, can whoever is responsible add a 'kernel' component.
