list far of prefix's that are in elements that get capitalized in the POJOs

   Cmr --> CMR
   Cmp --> CMP
   Ejb --> EJB
   Jndi --> JNDI
   Jsp --> JSP
   Mime --> MIME

Also changing - but that is not in the xml

   Rpc --> RPC
