I just got the code using anoncvs for the password
and the following commands:

cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.apache.org:/home/cvspublic
login  

cvs -z3 -d
:pserver:anoncvs@cvs.apache.org:/home/cvspublic co
incubator-geronimo 

I'm going to try and build it.
