My idea was to put everything on the Geronimo website.. End users can use whatever tools they
want to create the UML diagrams, they will upload a snapshot of the UML diagram to the Geronimo

Is there a convention by the ASF using a certain file format for uml
diagrams? I 
think it's not useful if one uses the format of Rational Rose and an other
uses an 
incompatible format...
