No, I did not test the orginal patch via the server.  I just ran the unit test.

Forgive my ignorance, but what are you setting "target space/"?  I've tried changing a variety
of settings to said directory, but I can not reproduce your error.

One thing I did notice in o.a.g.deployment.scanner.DeploymentScanner, the StringTokenizer
in the constructor uses a space as a token delimiter.  This causes "target space/" to be parsed
into two URLs which may result in odd behavior.

This however, didn't result in your error.

Any insight on reproducing this would be appreciated.

Description:
I changed DeployURL to check file URLs and "normalize" them.  This solves the spaces in path
error Jason was witnessing.
