I think that this was Aaron's point.  There are specific cases where the RI
seems to do things that are just plain weird.  In these specific cases, it
is Aaron's opinion, and mine, that we do not mimic the RI.  It is highly
unlikely that the TCK will force us to mimic the RI in those cases and if it
does, we can make a case to have the TCK changed.

Let us not forget, we are a force to be reckoned with.
