Fred Krone commented on GEODE-4434:

I haven't been able to get any feedback from the field on what this command should look like
for the user.  Any suggestions?

gfsh  --check-redundancy  ?

> This feature is expected especially when we need to decide if it's safe to shutdown one
member.  So far we were using following workarrounds instead:
> 1) wait until cacheserver is listening on the port (to make sure all replicated regions
have finished recovery)
> 2) call rebalance() to make sure the defined redundancy are satisfied (for PR)
> we need to introduce a boolean parameter into rebalance() to only check redundancy, not
to do real rebalance.
