[~aravindm], we are still working on this ticket.
In the parent ticket there is a proposed, but not recommended, work around made by [~bschuchardt].
In addition to this, it has been found that if the starting of the locators is staggered manner
(start locatorA, wait a few seconds, start locatorB) this problem does not manifest itself.
