Subject [jira] [Updated] (GEODE-1096) HeapMemoryMonitor to consider testBytesUsedForThresholdSet (if it is set) to update state and send event.

Sai Boorlagadda updated GEODE-1096:
-----------------------------------
    Description:
testBytesUsedForThresholdSet is used by tests to instrument fake heap memory usage by overwritting
JVM reported heap usage.

But some tests fail as `updateStateAndSendEvent()` ignores the testBytesUsedForThresholdSet
and invokes getUsedBytes() in-order to check if it has to send critical event based on bytes
reported by getUsedBytes().

> HeapMemoryMonitor to consider testBytesUsedForThresholdSet (if it is set) to update state
and send event.
