The "checkConnected" throws an exception if the DistributedSystem is not connected. DistributionManager has logic to suppress this exception BUT only if the DM is closing. When a DistibutedSystem starts closing it is no longer connected. But it can take a while before it starts closing the DM. So the fix is to have the DM also suppress the warning if the DistributedSystem is disconnecting. > CI failure: ConnectDisconnectDUnitTest.testManyConnectsAndDisconnects > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: GEODE-411 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-411 > Project: Geode > Issue Type: Bug > Reporter: Jianxia Chen > Assignee: Darrel Schneider > Labels: CI > > Failed 4 times in the last 30 runs.
