    Please review.  I have reduced the locations which call out which version of OpenSSL to
use, and reworded to specify version 1.0.2 (no references to 'or a later version').  I also
eliminated instructions for installing OpenSSL; they provide those, and we should not.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull feature/GEODE-3135-1

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
