    GEODE-4713: remove getInstance calls from from MultiVMRegionTestCase (#1481)
    
    * changed getConnectedInstance().getDM() to getCache().getDistributionManager()
    
    * assertCacheCallbackEvents is no longer static so it can
    call getCache() instead of the static singleton.
