So the JavaDoc of which @param did you miss exactly? I would add it if I know.

Also, I guess it does what you wanted, but note that with a singleton it does it faster. As
of the parameters, as I said, the defaults aren't ideal unfortunately, but can't be changed
for backward compatibility. Anyway, at least pass in a version number: {{new Configuration(Configuration.VERSION_2_3_26)}}.
