Yeah, looks right.

what happens when you:

cd %FORREST_HOME/main

build

..

Also try setting the variables manually in the cmd window directly:

set FORREST_HOME=C:\forrest\apache-forrest
set PATH=%PATH%;%FORREST_HOME\bin

(those should stay set until the cmd windows is closed again)

then run

forrest -projectHelp
