I recently upgraded from 0.7 to 0.8. All went fine, apart from the
generation of the whole site HTML and PDF documents.

I've tried:

  <all label="All documentation" tab="project">
    <whole_site_html label="Wholesite HTML" href="wholesite.html"/>
    <whole_site_pdf label="Wholesite PDF" href="wholesite.pdf"/>
  </all>

and having read around a little:

  <all label="All documentation" tab="project">
    <all_site label="Whole Site HTML" href="site.html"/>
    <all_site_pdf label="Whole Site PDF" href="site.pdf"/>
  </all>

but they both fail with broken links of the form:
