Did you have a chance to add your passphrase here?

If not then try setting up 'ssh-agent' first ...
[localhost]$ cd _repos/apache/xmlgraphics/site
[localhost]$ ssh-agent bash      # presume you are using bash
[localhost]$ ssh-add
[localhost]$ forrest -f publish.xml

Perhaps it just needs to be /Users/clay/.ssh
