That is a Cocoon resource not an XSL resource. Look in the resources 
section of the core sitemap, you will see <map:resource name="site">. 
You need to copy this resource into your project sitemap.

I'm still lost as to what you are actually doing though. The above match 
that Thorsten provided has nothing to do with the example you provided 
at the beginning. I clearly didn't have enough sleep last night and am 
not following your mails very well ;-).
