Thanks for the tips.  By working the "dir" and the "href" attributes
like you suggest, the tabs work basically good (in terms of the
"active" tab highlighting correctly).  The only problem is that all
items continue to appear in all tabs.  If I select an item in a tab,
then the tabs adjust and only show the appropriate info.  I'll
continue to stomp around it - eventually I'll stumble on the problem!
