OK, that is what I wanted.

This is the exact same thing that was happening when the plugins we 
breaking things, but that is fixed and you have done an svn up, and you 
don't have a project sitemap that could be causing the problem, I'm 
confused.

Lets go back to basics.

Can you successfully build a freshly seeded site?

If you do Forrest run on the project that is failing above what happens 
(remember with the plugins disabled your OpenOffice.org stuff will not 
work).
