Subject RE: toc level for html & pdf

I don't know whether the effect is the same for wholesite.html - I'm not generating it. I uncommented
the lines in site.xml and it shows up on the menu, but the build gives me an error that says:

X [0] wholesite.html BROKEN: java.lang.RuntimeException:
org.apache.cocoon.Re
sourceNotFoundException: Resource not found.: org.apache.excalibur.source.SourceNotFoundException:
file:/C:/Borland/Toge
therEC/workspace/CriMNet/docs/CriMNetDocs/src/documentation/content/xdocs/.xml doesn't exist.

I upgraded my site from 0.5.1, so maybe I missed something I was supposed to do to enable
that.

I believe this is due to aggregation which
adds one level of hierarchy. Is the effect
the same for wholesite.html?
