The problem was that the file was calles FaqPuntoVenta.xml, instead of just faq.xml.

Thats why we put the original file from samples, and it worked, but after inserting our own content and renaming it didn´t work any longer. We thought it had to do with content, but never imagined it was dealing with file name.

I don´t know if this is a bug or not. So...

Problem solved.

Thanks all for responses.

The output of the 'forrest validate' is SUCCESSFUL so the problem isn't in XML files... I don't have even the least idea where the problem should be.
About the encoding... I've tried that too... and the result is nothing! :-(
Thanks anyway!

Silvia.

So did you solve your problem ?

if not :
 - what is the output of the 'forrest validate'
command ?
 - It failed once on my PC : the problem was with my
editor. I guess the character set specified
(encoding="ISO-8859-1") did not match the one actually
used when saving the file. (altough, I am not sure of
that reason ). check you check that ? and try
encoding="UTF-8" maybe )

Of course!
Here goes the code for the faq.xml...

<!--
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<!DOCTYPE faqs PUBLIC "-//APACHE//DTD FAQ V1.2//EN"
	"http://forrest.apache.org/dtd/faq-v12.dtd">
<faqs title="Preguntas frecuentes">
	<faq id="login">
		<question>Cómo obtengo mi usuario y clave para el
login?</question>
		<answer>
			<p>Llamando a su administrador amigo.</p>
		</answer>
	</faq>
</faqs>
-->
(don't worry about the content... ;-) )
Be my guests!
Thanks!

Silvia.

Hi,

can you send the XML faq document ?
So that I can get a look at it.

Hi!
I've tried to make a faq document. I've done the

XML

based on the
faq.dtd, exactly as the example of the

Forrest-seed.

But... I can't see the page! Why should it be?
The result code HTML simply doesn't include the

part

of the FAQ document
that should be in the content div...
Can someone give me any clue?
Thanks!

Silvia.
