Thanks for your tip. That worked for me!

I figured out how to get the filename inserted into the mailto link. I did
it like this:

Send feedback about the website to <a
href="mailto:webmaster@foo.com?subject=Website Feedback - Page
{$path}">webmaster@foo.com</a>
