The document has been added to svn already as
howto/howto-pdf-tab.xml ... to get it to display
uncomment it in site.xml

Would people please try to follow it and suggest fixes.

I think that it would be better to discuss it on the
dev mailing list though. We want to try to keep the
user mailing list for user issues.
