Ant warnings about "referencing ids defined in non-executed targets"
--------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: FOR-1120
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FOR-1120
             Project: Forrest
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core operations
    Affects Versions: 0.9-dev
            Reporter: David Crossley

Since upgrading to Ant-1.7.1 we get the following type of warning issues for some targets
...

"Warning: Reference forrest.cp has not been set at runtime, but was found during
build file parsing, attempting to resolve. Future versions of Ant may support
referencing ids defined in non-executed targets."

We probably always were doing something not quite correct. Just that the new Ant is telling
us.
