This missing file has now (r633358) been added to the "basic" template site. If you have used
this template with forrest-0.8 or forrest-0.9-dev before today, then simply copy the file
to your project, i.e.
cp $FORREST_HOME/fresh-site/src/documentation/resources/schema/symbols-project-v10.ent $PROJECT/src/documentation/resources/schema/symbols-project-v10.ent
