Whenever I generate a wholesite-document (html,pdf) all indirect links (like ext: /site:) are not valid and genrated as err:

Example:

error:#ext:testlinkhome is generated from

site.xml:
<external-refs xmlns="http://apache.org/forrest/linkmap/1.0">
...
   <testlinkhome xmlns="http://apache.org/forrest/linkmap/1.0" href="http://testlink.org/wordpress/"/>
