David Crossley commented on FOR-813:
------------------------------------

The license does not say "somewhere obvious", so just doing our normal license placement and
naming is fine.

Sorry that i didn't answer Gav's 23/Jun/07 comment. We can determine easy ones like this by
ourselves. See legal-discuss@ yesterday: http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/www-legal-discuss/200710.mbox/%3c005f01c80ebb$ab0b5920$0200a8c0@developer%3e

> Up to now Forrest has to run in a command window on Windows
> using 'forrest run'. For Server Operation this is not acceptable, so,
> Forrest hasa to run as a Windows (Win32, WinNT) Service.
> Jetty may run as such a Service using a wrapper, e.g.
> "... the java wrapper provided by http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.org
> to provide jetty as an Win32 service."
> (from jetty-4.2.25\extra\win32\readme.txt)
