Subject [jira] Commented: (FOR-1021) [forrestdoc] Build.bat has wrong license header

Gavin commented on FOR-1021:
----------------------------

I'm confused and not for the first time. I thought this issue was pointing out that the license
header was wrong.

The fix and subsequent comments are about whether or not to hide the license from being output
from to the command line.

So, are we merely wanting to hide the licence from the command line (easy, yes, move @echo
off up above it)
or do we need to change the license header?
