No that is not what i meant. There is no
configuration in skinconf.xml for "motd label".
It is only a snippet of text, so it needs to be
kept simple.

Actually i meant to include the Table of Contents too.

In the "Right Panel" would go the MOTD.
Perhaps later other things could go there too.

This is easier with the Dispatcher of course.
