Forrest Developers,

My Forrest 0.7 builds have begun breaking, and I believe the reason is that this file :

  http://forrest.apache.org/plugins/plugins.xml

contains references to plugins in http://forrest.apache.org/plugins/0.8/ that are missing from that directory.

I believe the plugins in question used to be present in that directory, because I've accomplished successful 0.7 builds that used them.  My current build is hanging on the PDF plugin, but I believe others are missing as well.  Error output below.

Advice will be much appreciated...
