Subject [Cocoon commiters question]
Date Fri, 21 Jul 2006 15:02:57 GMT
Hi,

    Forrest site says : " All Apache Cocoon committers and Apache Lenya
committers also have rights to commit to Forrest."
    Do all forrest commiters also have the rights to commit to cocoon or
lenya ?
    I would like to add a feature to the serializers - configured at run
time by accepting parameters :
    <map:serializers default="xml">
      <map:serializer logger="sitemap.serializer.xhtml"
mime-type="text/html"
        name="xhtml" pool-grow="2" pool-max="64" pool-min="2"
        src="org.apache.cocoon.serialization.XMLSerializer">
        <map:parameter name="doctype-public"
value="{project:dispatcher.doctype-public}"/>
        <map:parameter name="doctype-system"
value="{project:dispatcher.doctype-system}"/>
        <encoding>UTF-8</encoding>
        <indent>yes</indent>
        <omit-xml-declaration>no</omit-xml-declaration>
      </map:serializer>

    where each project can define the dispatcher.doctype-public
="-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" for instance.

    The SVGSerializer accepts parameters :
      <map:serializer mime-type="image/png" name="svg2png"
        src="org.apache.cocoon.serialization.SVGSerializer">
        <!--<parameter name="background_color" type="color"
value="#ff00ff"/>-->
        <!-- <parameter name="gamma" type="float" value="0.48"/> -->
        <parameter name="gamma" type="float" value="0" />
      </map:serializer>

    I have read several mail on this topic in the cocoon mail archive
but it seams that it has never be completed (neither started I think...)
