I had a glimpse there with the following results:

* Clicking on any javascript-item (search box, menu open/close) gives
  JavaScript errors like "f() not found" with f in {SwitchMenu, getPrompt,
  getBlank, ...}
* Trying to access themes/*.js fails for * in {menu, breadcrumbs, getBlank}

Conclusion: the JavaScript libraries aren't there
* they may be in the wrong place, i.e. not
  http://apache.minitutorials.com/themes/*.js
* they may not get copied by 'forrest site'
* the sitemap may be screwed up somehow

Maybe that helps (it's just about JavaScript and what I can see
from "outside").

Cheers
Johannes
