Clear enough to me, If I am on the same Wavelengtth this is exactly what I
Am trying to do with the Glossary Plugin. I originally altered the .xsl file
to make some <td width="20"></td> etc , and David said that would be better
off done in a separate css file (which he diligently pointed out was missing
from my last patch).

So I asked (or thought I did), where do I place a glossary input plugin only
CSS file and where should I reference it.

Apologies for crashing your Issue here, but I feel the answers to both will
be the same with a bit of luck.
